Plaine de l'Ain Mixed Syndicate is a public organisation and owner of the Industrial Park.
It is in charge of park's development, marketing, co-ordination and common facilities and spaces management. SMPA head office is located at the following address, Les Bergeries, Saint-Vulbas

It is run by a Committee, which consists of 16 delegates.
The President is Mr. Jean CHABRY, The Department Council of Ain.

The operational team manages the daily development of the Park:

• Proposes development strategies
• Promotes Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Park
• Ensures the marketing according to the needs and the development policy
• Receives and assists the new coming companies.

• Monitors the ground water
• Runs the functioning of the purification station
• Is the interface between the companies and the local labour pool
